Step-by-Step Google Sheets Cloud DB Configuration
1. Create Database Sheets
Create a Google Sheet and make 4 sheets naming them exactly as follows:
- Orders
- Customers
- Products
- Stocks
2. Columns Setup (Starting from Row 1 Column A)
2.1) Orders sheet headers (A1 to L1):
INV # | DATE | DAY | CUSTOMER | PHONE | ADDRESS | PRODUCT | PRICE | QTY | TOTAL | PROFIT | NOTES | CART_DATA
2.2) Customers sheet headers (A1 to D1):

2.4) Stocks sheet headers (A1 to E1):

3. Set Up special Apps Script Web App
- From Google Sheets menu, click Extensions → Apps Script.
- Delete default contents and paste the Special Script (copied using the Copy Apps Script button).
- Click Deploy (top right) → New Deployment.
- Select Web App as deployment type.
- Set Web App config options:
- Execute as: Me (your-email)
- Who has access: Anyone
- Click Deploy, authorize Google credentials, and copy the Web App URL endpoint.
- Paste this URL in the System Settings page of the POS workspace and hit sync.
